SOCIAL COMPLIANCE

Code of Conduct

At Everbrite, we appreciate that vendors/suppliers operate in different legal and cultural environments throughout the world. At a minimum, we necessitate that all vendors/suppliers and their facilities meet the standards and promote the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct is intended to advance Everbrite’s commitment to all aspects of integrity including ethical, environmental, and economic. We strive to develop and strengthen partnerships based on transparency, collaboration and mutual respect. Our Code of Conduct is an extension of the values and beliefs of the company leadership that form the foundation of our company.

The provisions of this Code are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the provisions of any legal agreement or contract between a vendor/supplier and Everbrite or any of its affiliates. We expect vendors/suppliers to hold their supply chain, including subcontractors and third-party labor agencies, to the same standards contained in this Code. This Code does not create any third-party beneficiary rights for vendors/suppliers, subcontractors, their respective employees, or any other party.

Conflict Materials

Several metals commonly used in the electronics industry – gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and tin (Sn) – are sourced from various locations, including those referred to as “Conflict Regions.” Everbrite LLC will continue to conduct reasonable due diligence within our supply chain to ensure these metals are not sourced as “Conflict Metal.” A “Conflict Metal” comes from ore obtained from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or is illegally taxed along trade routes controlled by nongovernment military groups or unlawful factions. Everbrite LLC is committed to responsible sourcing and considers mining activities that fuel conflict unacceptable. Everbrite is guided by the Responsible Materials Initiative (RMI).

Integrity Concern

Subject to local laws and any legal restrictions related to such reporting, each Everbrite vendor/supplier is expected to promptly inform Everbrite of any integrity concerns involving or affecting Everbrite, regardless of whether the concern involves the Vendor/Supplier, as soon as the vendor/supplier becomes aware of these integrity concerns. An Everbrite vendor/supplier must also take any steps that Everbrite may reasonably request to assist Everbrite in the investigation of any integrity concerns that involve Everbrite and the vendor/supplier.

1. Specify your concern with detailed information:
Who or what is the issue? When did it occur? What are the pertinent details?

2. Prompt reporting is essential; an integrity concern may be raised by an Everbrite vendor/supplier as follows:

a. Contact a knowledgeable EB manager
OR
b. Contact the Everbrite ethics hotline
Phone – 888-592-7483
Fax – 888-592-7483
Email everbrite@ethicshotline.org

Mail – MYECCHO, Attn: Everbrite, PO Box 71, Chino Hills, CA 91709
